Shipments and returns


Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment.  If we cannot do so within 3 working days we will contact you by email. Packages are shipped via courier, usually Myhermes for UK destinations, or Royal Mail with tracking. Larger packages and those for international destinations are shipped via UPS, DHL, DPD or an equivalent carrier. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Delivery rates are calculated according to weight and are shown in the shopping basket when a delivery destination has been entered, including international destinations.

If ordering from outside the UK, we may be able to offer cheaper shipping for small parcels (up to 2 kg) - send us a message via the Contacts page or email: [email protected] to find out.

Import charges, et al, for customs clearance (at destination) must be borne by the buyer. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.

 Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from, you're considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you're receiving the goods.


In the event that an item needs to be returned, please send to the address below and include a note explaining the reason for the return and description of replacement item if required.
